• You may request to delete any and all personal identifiable data from Enso Connect at any time by reaching out to us directly, or the host, property manager, or hotel that you stayed at that collected this information using our system.

It applies to our websites linking to this Privacy Policy and your use of our websites, applications, products, services, and properties (collectively, the “Services”).

Information We Collect

• Personal Information: When you book a stay, we collect your name, email, phone number, and address.
• Additional Personal Information: Depending on your Host (the property manager or hotelier)’s settings within our platform, they may use our services to collect additional information required for security and compliance purposes, such as local regulatory requirements, HOA rules, or other governing entities. This may include providing identification documents for background checks or additional security measures to verify your identity as the guest who made the booking, aimed at minimizing potential fraudulent or criminal activities.
• Booking Details: Information about your stay, including property details, payment type, dates and any additional information you’ve provided on the booking platform (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO among others). 
• Device Information: We collect data from the device and application you use to access our services, such as your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance information, and browser type. We may also infer your geographic location based on your IP address.
• Payment Information: Credit card details and billing information are collected to process payments – if you purchase anything through our system.
• Platform Interactions: Communication with the Host, feedback, and preferences to improve our services.

How We Use Your Information

• Service Provision: To provide and manage your bookings and guest experience on behalf of the property owner, property manager, or host. 
• Safety and Security: To ensure the safety of properties and guests.
• Improvement and Personalization: To enhance and personalize your experience.
• Payment Processing: To handle payments and billing of additional upsells such as early-check-ins, mid-stay cleanings, and more.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations and regulations.

Your Choices

• Update: You can update your personal information by requesting this directly to your Host. 
• Delete: You can request the deletion of your personal information by contacting us directly, or the Host you’ve stayed with.

Normally, to establish the legal basis for data collection, an assessment has been made during which a mutual interest between Enso Connect and the individual person has been identified. This service is for people 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children who are under 16 years of age.

If you make a request more than twice in a 12-month period, you may be required to pay a small fee for this service.
