How do you enable Enso Experiences?

To enable EnsoExperiences, all you have to do is navigate to the Guest Journey Editor and switch on the EnsoExperiences toggle.

Note: The EnsoExperiences toggle is a global setting. Once enabled, it will be displayed to all guests on every boarding pass.

Once enabled, all of your guests will see a new section in their Boarding Pass dedicated to showing all available local EnsoExperiences.

How do payouts work?

Every time a guest purchases an EnsoExperience, you earn money!

Payout Rate: The payout will vary depending on the experience and will range between 2.5% to 5% of the gross experience revenue.
Payment Schedule: Payouts will be scheduled once a threshold of $100 is hit. Your account will be credited and you’ll see this in your Dashboard.

What support is available if a guest faces an issue with their purchase?

For any questions, cancellations, or rescheduling, our supplier provides 24/7 support. The phone number and email address are accessible to your guests from the boarding pass.
